What happens to
your message.

The contact forms are for discussing a potential project or introducing yourself as an expert evaluator. Keep your description high-level. Do not include credentials, sensitive datasets, or customer records.

What you send

The form collects your name, email, optional company, engagement interest, and project message.

Expert network applications collect your selected track, name, email, country or region, time zone, specialty, experience, availability, professional background, optional profile link, and a PDF resume.

We also record your application reference, submission time, review status, and consent to this notice. Do not include identity documents, credentials, or private client work.

Where it goes

The website is hosted on Vercel. Project contact messages are stored in a Notion database. Expert applications and resumes are stored in MongoDB Atlas for the Rubrex team to review. Resume files are not published or made available through a public download link.

We use your application to review your resume and experience against the selected track and contact you by email about the outcome or potential opportunities. Expert applications do not send campaign tags or referring page data.

We use temporary submission counters keyed by an email digest to limit repeated requests. The counters expire automatically.

Our team also receives Slack notifications for new contact messages, expert applications, and employer enquiries. Notifications include your name, email, relevant project or specialty details, and a message or brief excerpt where applicable.

Resumes and full application backgrounds stay in our review records and are not attached to Slack messages.

Application drafts and removal

Application drafts stay in memory as you move between steps and browse this site. They are not saved to browser storage and are cleared when you refresh or close the tab.

Submitted applications stay in our expert network records for review and future project matching. Email evals@rubrex.ai with your application reference to request correction, withdraw your application, or ask us to remove your application and resume.

Expert enquiries

The expert enquiry form collects your project requirements, preferred specialty, working arrangements, company, name, email, and consent. Optional fields include location, timing, and budget. Rubrex receives these details in its private MongoDB Atlas contact records so our team can review your requirements and respond.

This form does not create an account, save submissions in your browser, or display a submission history. Unsent details remain in page memory until you refresh or leave.

We record submission time and consent, prevent duplicate submissions, and use temporary counters to limit repeated requests. Email evals@rubrex.ai from the address you submitted to request a correction or removal of your enquiry.

Where you found us

The site temporarily stores campaign tags, the landing page path, and the referring website’s origin in your browser’s session storage. These are sent with the form, not to a separate analytics service, to help us understand which conversations bring relevant inquiries.

This storage contains no form entries and is limited to the browser session. If storage is unavailable, the form uses the current page’s information instead. The form does not send the referring page’s full URL or query string.

Project data is separate

Access, third-party tools, retention, and deletion terms for a client engagement are agreed before work starts. This form is not the place to upload project data.
